Headaches & migraines
When your head won’t quit.
Headaches are common, and migraines can be intense: throbbing pain, sensitivity to light, sometimes nausea.

Headaches have many causes (stress, dehydration, sinuses), and migraines are often linked to more complex neurological factors. Tension in the neck and upper back is one common contributor, and that’s where we can help.
What we do
- A thorough assessment of the spine and muscles of the neck and upper back.
- Adjustments and soft-tissue work aimed at easing that tension and improving movement.
- Advice on posture, workspace setup, stress and exercises to strengthen the neck and back.
We’ll tell you honestly what we think may help, and when another doctor should take a look. Sudden, severe or unusual headaches need a medical doctor first: call 911 for the “worst headache of your life”.
